CONSIGN

We are now accepting winter consignment!  Sweaters, cardigans, denim, blouses/shirts, dresses, winter coats & boots, sneakers, loafers and, of course, bags.  Clothing must be clean and in excellent condition.  Shoes & boots must be in clean, like-new condition.

We do not accept super skinny, low rise jeans, overly distressed jeans, formal wear, bridal attire (this includes mother of the bride/groom and prom dresses) or business-type suits.  We only accept select high heels, comfort is in!

Boutique, designer and select store brands are what we are looking for. Store brands we would consider are Club Monaco, Zara, Lululemon and Aritzia brands. We do accept Banana Republic and J Crew as well, but not the factory department of these stores (3 dots on tag). We do tend to shy away from box store brands (Gap, Old Navy, Joe Fresh, H&M) but occasionally will accept a collaborative piece (ex. Richard Allen x H&M) and if you're unsure about a piece, just ask us!

We strive to remain contemporary, and typically do not accept pieces that are outdated or considered vintage but of course there are always exceptions. Exceptions to the rule would be high end designer pieces, such as Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Hermès, Chanel, etc.

Clothing brought to us must be in great condition, freshly laundered or dry cleaned, free of holes and stains, etc. Shoes must be clean and in 'like new' condition.  Knock offs are a big no-no - we authenticate luxury handbags with Entrupy, a 3rd party luxury authentication system.

Staying within season is important; summer pieces in winter just won't do. Only seasonally appropriate items will be accepted.

Please bring items in bags you don't mind parting with.  No hangers please.

Consignment:

We accept up to 20 pieces maximum per consignment period. Each consignment period is two months, at the end of which the consigner receives the following percentages of items sold:

• 40% of the sale price of items under $150
• 50% of the sale price of items valued from $150 - $499
• 60% of the sale price of items valued from $500 - $999
• 70% of the sale price of items valued from $1000 & up

All unsold items will be returned to the consigner and must be picked up within 14 days of the consignment end date. PLEASE NOTE:  Items that are not picked up within 14 days become property of Room 152 and may be subject to clearance sales and/or donation.  If you are unable to pick up within 14 days, please email us to let us know.
